When people go to the polls, I think they have clear options between those who want to continue the ethnic divisions of the 1990s and those who wish to move forward, Escobar said.
Development partnership with Serbia
He also said that Vucic has the support of the United States as long as he is on the European path.
Our relationship with Serbia is neither good nor bad, and it is complicated. “I hope that this ‘development partnership’ we have with Serbia will be able to help stability in the region,” Escobar said.
Asked whether he trusted the Montenegrin government and whether NATO should share information with the authorities in Podgorica, he said they had US support.
