Trump Takes on the Deep State: A Plan to Put America First
Newly elected President Donald Trump has announced radical reforms he plans to implement on the very first day of his second term. In a video message, Trump vowed to dismantle the deep state and return power to the people.
Shortly after this announcement, President Biden issued an order allowing Ukrainians to use American long-range missiles. Biden’s attempt to provoke a global World War III is proof, critics argue, that he is controlled by an occult war oligarchy.
Key Points of Trump’s Plan
- Executive Order to Remove Rogue Bureaucrats Trump will reissue his 2020 executive order, allowing the president to swiftly remove government employees who do not support the administration’s agenda.
- Cleaning Up the Security and Intelligence Apparatus Trump plans to eliminate corrupt actors and completely overhaul agencies that have become tools against political opponents.
- Reforming FISA Courts Courts that authorize surveillance warrants will undergo reform to prevent abuses and false applications.
- Commission for Truth and Reconciliation Trump intends to declassify and release all documents related to surveillance, censorship, and corruption within the government.
- Crackdown on Government Informants A campaign will target informants collaborating with media outlets to spread false narratives.
- Independent Offices of Inspectors General Inspectors will be separated from the departments they oversee to prevent conflicts of interest.
- Independent Oversight of Intelligence Agencies Trump seeks to ensure intelligence agencies do not spy on citizens or engage in disinformation campaigns.
- Relocation of Federal Bureaucracy Up to 100,000 government positions will be moved out of Washington, D.C., to cities with a more patriotic population.
- Ban on Bureaucrats Working for Companies They Regulate To prevent conflicts of interest and corruption, federal employees will be prohibited from joining companies they once regulated.
- Term Limits for Members of Congress Trump aims to push for a constitutional amendment introducing term limits for legislators.
Trump’s Mission: Returning Power to the People
Trump emphasizes that the current political systems have allowed corruption to thrive, and his plans aim for comprehensive reform.
“I will dismantle the deep state and return government to the people,” Trump declared, underlining that it’s time for the nation to take back control.

Here’s my plan to dismantle the deep state and finally restore our democracy from Washington corruption—and it is indeed corruption.
- First, I will immediately reissue my 2020 Executive Order, restoring presidential authority to remove rogue bureaucrats. And I will use that authority very aggressively.
- Second, we will clean out all corrupt actors from our National Security and Intelligence apparatus—of which there are many. Departments and agencies that have been weaponized will be entirely rebuilt so that faceless bureaucrats can never again target and persecute conservatives, Christians, or political opponents of the left, as they now do at levels nobody can believe are even possible.
- Third, we will completely reform the FISA courts, which are so corrupt that judges don’t seem to care when they are lied to in warrant applications. So many judges have seen so many requests that they knew—or at least should have known—were wrong. Yet, they do nothing about it and allow the lies to continue.
- Fourth, to expose the fraud and abuses of power that are tearing our country apart, we will establish a Commission for Truth and Reconciliation to declassify and publish all documents on deep state surveillance, censorship, and corruption—and there are many.
- Fifth, we will launch a major crackdown on government informants who collude with fake news to intentionally weave false narratives and undermine our government and democracy. Where possible, we will file criminal charges.
- Sixth, we will make every Office of Inspector General independent and physically separate from the departments they oversee, to ensure they do not become protectors of the deep state.
- Seventh, I will ask Congress to establish an independent auditing system to continuously monitor our intelligence agencies to ensure they are not spying on our citizens or running disinformation campaigns against the American people—or spying on anyone’s campaign, as they spied on my campaign.
- Eighth, we will continue the efforts started by the Trump Administration to move parts of sprawling federal bureaucracy to new locations outside the Washington swamp. Just as I moved the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado, up to 100,000 government positions can be relocated—and I mean immediately—out of Washington to places filled with patriots who love America. And they do love America.
- Ninth, I will work to ban federal bureaucrats from taking jobs at companies they deal with and regulate. This public display must end—it happens all the time, like with Big Pharma.
- Finally, I will push for a constitutional amendment to impose term limits on members of Congress.
