2017. Sedma je godišnjica smrti Rasima Delića. Vlada FBIH odaje počast njegovim suborcima! Dakle i Al Qaedi. USA ambasada nema reakcije

SARAJEVO, 16. aprila (FENA) – Članovi porodice, prijatelji i predstavnici vlasti danas su se, u povodu sedme godišnjice od smrti, prisjetili armijskog generala Rasima Delića koji je bio komandant Generalštaba Armije Republike Bosne  i Hercegovine.

Polaganjem cvijeća i učenjem fatihe na Šehidskom mezarju Kovači odali su počast Deliću, ali i svim njegovim saborcima i komandantima koji su dali živote za slobodu BiH.

O liku i djelu Delića govorio je nekadašnji general Armije RBiH Sulejman Vranj koji je naglasio važnost ovog čovjeka podsjećajući da njegovo cjeloživotno učenje i predanost nauci.

– Generala Delića nikada nisam zatekao bez knjige, kad god sam ga obilazio bila mu je u rukama – istakao je Vranj.

Također, u vezi s tim, istakao je njegove uspjehe u vojnim školama, ali i njegovu skromnost tokom čitavog života.

Rasim Delić je rođen 4. februara 1949. godine u Čeliću. Nakon osnovnog i srednjeg obrazovanja otišao je na Vojnu akademiju Kopnene vojske u Beogradu koju je završio 1971. godine od kada je i stupio u službu JNA.

Tokom 1970-ih i 1980-ih bio je na dužnosti u različitim artiljerijskim jedinicama JNA u većem broju garnizona i komandovao najvećim formacijskim artiljerijskim jedinicama. Dvogodišnju školu za komandni kadar završio je 1989. godine.

U činu potpukovnika napustio je visoku oficirsku dužnost u komandi 4. korpusa JNA u Sarajevu i početkom aprila 1992. godine uključio se u Teritorijalnu odbranu Republike BiH. Od početka agresije na Republiku BiH pa do juna 1993. godine obavljao je dužnost komandanta IKM GPŠ Armije RBiH u Visokom.

Od 8. juna 1993. godine do kraja rata bio je komandant Generalštaba Armije RBiH.

Delić je prvi u Armiji RBiH proizveden u čin generala od Vrhovne komande oružanih snaga (Predsjedništva RBiH) u decembru 1993. godine. Nakon završetka rata u BiH Delić je bio komandant Zajedničke komande Vojske Federacije BiH, sve do penzionisanja u septembru 2000. godine.

Doktorirao je 2004. godine na Fakultetu političkih nauka, Univerziteta u Sarajevu na temu ”Nastanak, razvoj i uloga Armije Republike BiH u odbrani BiH”.

Obilježavanju godišnjice prisustvovali su predstavnici Vlade FBiH, Ministarstva za pitanja boraca i invalida odbrambeno-oslobodilačkog rata FBiH, federalnih i kantonalnih boračkih udruženja te boračkih udruženja iz rodnog Ćelića i iz Visokog.

SARAJEVO, April 16 (FENA) – Family members, friends, and government representatives today commemorated the seventh anniversary of the death of Army General Rasim Delić, who was the Commander of the General Staff of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

By laying flowers and reciting the Fatiha at the Kovači Martyrs Cemetery, they paid tribute to Delić, as well as to all his comrades and commanders who gave their lives for the freedom of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Former Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina General Sulejman Vranj spoke about Delić’s character and work, emphasizing the importance of this man, reminding everyone of his lifelong dedication to learning and science.

– I never saw General Delić without a book; whenever I visited him, he always had one in his hands – Vranj emphasized.

Furthermore, he highlighted Delić’s achievements in military schools, as well as his modesty throughout his life.

Rasim Delić was born on February 4, 1949, in Čelić. After completing his primary and secondary education, he attended the Military Academy of the Ground Forces in Belgrade, which he graduated from in 1971 when he also joined the Yugoslav People’s Army.

During the 1970s and 1980s, he served in various artillery units of the Yugoslav People’s Army in several garrisons and commanded the largest formation artillery units. He completed a two-year command staff school in 1989.

In the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, he left a high officer position in the command of the 4th Corps of the Yugoslav People’s Army in Sarajevo, and at the beginning of April 1992, he joined the Territorial Defense of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. From the beginning of the aggression on the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina until June 1993, he served as the commander of the IKM GPŠ of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Visoko.

From June 8, 1993, until the end of the war, he was the Commander of the General Staff of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Delić was the first in the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina to be promoted to the rank of general by the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces (Presidency of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina) in December 1993. After the end of the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Delić was the Commander of the Joint Command of the Army of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina until his retirement in September 2000.

He obtained his doctorate in 2004 at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Sarajevo, on the topic “Emergence, Development, and Role of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina.”

Representatives of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Ministry for Veterans and Disabled Veterans Affairs of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, federal and cantonal veterans’ associations, as well as veterans’ associations from Delić’s hometown of Čelić and from Visoko, attended the anniversary commemoration.
