The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has confirmed the indictment against Ferid Buljubašić, Ahmet Sejdić, and others for war crimes that, according to the indictment, occurred in Jošanica near Foča in 1992.
As confirmed to N1 by the spokesperson for the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Boris Grubešić, the Prosecutor’s Office received notification from the Court of BiH that their appeal has been accepted and the indictment has been confirmed on all counts.
As a reminder, as confirmed yesterday, the Court of BiH initially rejected the indictment against 13 former commanders and members of the Army of BiH for war crimes.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH had a 24-hour deadline and filed an appeal against the decision of the Court of BiH.
According to their indictment, as a reminder, in the attack on the village of Jošanica, 56 civilians of Serbian nationality were killed, around 10 victims were injured, while houses, property, agricultural, and auxiliary facilities were set on fire and destroyed.

Kako je za N1 potvrdio glasnogovornik Tužiteljstva Bosne i Hercegoivne, Boris Grubešić, Tužiteljstvo je zaprimilo obavijest iz Suda BiH da je njihova žalba prihvaćena i da je optužnica potvrđena po svim točkama.
Podsjetimo, kako je potvrđeno jučer, Sud BiH je prvobitno odbio optužnicu protiv 13 nekadašnjih zapovjednika i pripadnika Armije BiH za ratni zločin.
Tužiteljstvo BiH je imalo rok od 24 sata i uložilo je žalbu na odluku Suda BiH.
Prema njihovoj optužnici, podsjetimo, u napadu na selo Jošanica ubijeno je 56 civila srpske nacionalnosti, ranjeno oko 10 žrtava, dok su kuće, imovina, poljoprivredni i pomoćni objekti zapaljeni i uništeni./HMS/
