The President of the Federation of BiH, Marinko Čavara, spoke about the sanctions imposed by the Ministry of Finance of the United States of America, reports the Croatian Media Service.
On Monday, June 6, 2022, I heard from the media that the US Treasury Department had imposed sanctions on me.
My name was “blacklisted” for “allegedly blocking the Federation of BiH.”
I heard that I failed to appoint judges to the Federation of BiH Constitutional Court.
And I stayed against “several agreements from Dayton and many others that I allegedly violated”.
I completely reject all the allegations as untrue and tendentious, said Čavara in a written statement to the media.
The President of FBiH Marinko Cavara points out that in his political activities, he thoroughly worked on the implementation of the Constitution, laws and the Dayton and Washington Peace Agreements, and all other agreements relating to the Federation of BiH and BiH and was therefore surprised by these sanctions.
On the other hand, I am surprised that the State Department has no more important work when new world order is being established than a political assessment of my work and punishment for something I could not do.
The impossibility of establishing a new executive power after the 2018 elections has the same reasons as not appointing judges of the Constitutional Court of the Federation of BiH, and that is the lack of political agreement in the Federation of BiH for which I can not be responsible, especially not for those ones, who imposed sanctions on the President of the Federation of BiH without stating which provision of international law I have ruined, Čavara points out.
Although many political views, he added, could be understood from Mr. Schmidt’s tendentious and untrue report at the UN, which opposes the stabilization of the political situation in BiH, and perhaps that is not the goal of many.
Čavara points out that he is aware that the law is on the side of the stronger ones, no matter how much it is against all the norms of the law of humanity, the individual, and the sovereignty of states.
All this reminds me that I should have been killed in a planned car accident in 2017 because of the same problem, and he says he is even more surprised that the State Department put itself on the same side with those who ordered my murder.
